All cancelation are processed within an hour, if sent between 8am and 5pm PST time
All requests received after 5pm PST will be processed the next day.
Requests have to be sent from the email you are using to login to your V12 account.
All requests sent from an email that is different will not be processed.
Your email is the only way we have to verify that you are the owner of the account.
No cancelation request will be accepted over the phone or any other way.
